Scholars Academy and MPMS teachers were treated to a “Teacher Workroom Makeover” by Hands On Thomas County and local businesses that rivals any HGTV reveal! Furniture, appliances, refreshments, decorations, and old-fashioned elbow grease were kindly provided by Ashley Homestore, Bobby Dollar Appliance Consultants, Blue Bell Creameries, Thomasville Center for the Arts, Big Oak Benefits Group, Serv Pro, Teachers Harvest, Thomas University Men's Soccer, and Flowers Foods. Scholars Academy Director Jeanene Wallace and MPMS Principal Courtney Davenport are pictured in ceremonial ribbon cuttings in two of the four rooms that were renovated in the two buildings.
