Mrs. Hunnewell's 10th grade ELA class and Mrs. Dalton's 12th grade ELA class have recently created podcasts based on the books that they've read. 🎙 Mrs. Hunnewell's students read We Are Witnesses, which includes five diaries of teenagers who died in the Holocaust. Each group of students focused on one teenager and recounted their story while focusing on the question, "How can people persevere and overcome adversity?" Mrs. Dalton's students read The Canterbury Tales, which is a collection of stories of pilgrims from all walks of life who engage in a storytelling contest in medieval England. Mrs. Dalton's students prepared their podcasts in a way that would teach their topic (feudalism, chivalry, the role of women, the Plague, etc.) to 9th grade students in Coach Dalton's World History class.
